Go to Tianshui Market to buy grain, oil, and wine.
After purchasing, return to Guo Huailie and arrange the offerings.
After arranging the offerings, perform the Fuji spirit divination again.
Teleport to the Reclining Buddha Temple waypoint.
After arriving, walk toward the arrow.
Enter the main hall and find the Agricultural Commissioner to talk.
Teleport to the Tianshui Market waypoint.
Find the oil-selling veteran at the location shown and talk.
Teleport to the Tengwang Village waypoint.
After arriving, walk toward the arrow.
Talk to Li Fanglao under the tree.
Return to Guo Huailie, arrange the offerings, and perform the Fuji spirit divination again.
Go to the peak of Wuwei Mountain.
After arriving, a cutscene plays automatically. The quest completes when it ends.
