First, go to the location the arrow points to and keep walking forward.

Reach the tent and talk to the NPC. Choose the first option to get the Yellow Bell Fragment.

Then go to the marked location on the map.

Jump to the top of the tower and enter from above.

Follow the guide and talk to the mysterious person on the roof.

Adjust the time to Hai hour and talk to them again.

Watch the cutscene to complete and receive the reward.
