Find the constable nearby, talk to him, and heal his injuries.

Walk behind the jailer and choose to scare him.

Talk to You Fubao and choose to drink water with him.

Follow You Fubao to the designated location and use Qishu Lion's Roar to drive the dog away.

Wait until the next day and complete the dialogue scene to finish the quest.
